Terms of Service
The terms that apply to this website and to enquiries made through it. Last updated 10 September 2026.
By using this site you accept these terms. They govern the website only. Construction work is governed by the signed contract for that project, which takes precedence over anything written here.
Information on This Site
We keep the content accurate, but kitchen remodeling varies by house. Descriptions of scope, materials, timelines and process are general and are not a promise about your project.
Cost figures are market ranges, not quotes. Every price band on this site is drawn from published San Diego County remodel cost guides and is shown so you can judge whether a project is in your budget. A price for your kitchen comes only from a field measurement and a written estimate.
Estimates
- In-home estimates for residential work are free and carry no obligation.
- An estimate is valid for the period stated on it, and material allowances are subject to supplier pricing at the time of order.
- Nothing is binding until both parties sign a contract.
Contacting Us
Submitting the form is a request for contact, not a contract, and it does not reserve a place in the schedule. We answer by telephone. This is a calls-only line and we do not receive text messages at it. Do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through the form.
Licensing and Insurance
We are a California licensed contractor. The CSLB license number is pending and will be published on this site once issued. General liability insurance, workers compensation and bonding are in place, with certificates available on request. Any statement about licensing or insurance on this site is subject to that documentation.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
The text, layout, photographs and graphics on this site belong to Carlsbad Kitchen Remodeling Pros or are used with permission. Do not reproduce them without written consent. Where we link to another site we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Liability, Governing Law and Changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of San Diego County have jurisdiction. If the terms change, the updated version appears here with a new date.
